This assignment asked us to create a website through mysites on google. I worked with another student and we set our webquest up to be a formative assessment for the students. They were asked to follow the given steps to plan studying abroad.
I really had a lot of fun creating this webquest. It was yet another way for me to see how I can use this in the future when I am teacher. This assignment got me to thinking about alternative ways of assessing students learning.
I plan on using webquests in my future classroom as end-of-the-semester/year assessments. I really plan on using more formative assessments and this is just one way I can do that.
